Hi all! We are researching a new platform for our payroll services. We are a small company with less than 25 employees; exempt and non-exempt. Currently, we are using ADP for processing but are interested in learning more about other payroll systems. What is your organization currently using or what platforms have you used before and would recommend? Thank you in advance!
With a small organization, you may want to get quotes from local providers, such as PropelHR. I am sure there are others as well. I switched to PropelHR from ADP when I was VP of HR at Southern Weaving. We had approximately 200 employees at the time, and I reduced my payroll costs by half. The service level was phenomenal!
I did a review of multiple systems a few years ago with the goal of having a robust HR Information System. We looked at Paycom, Paychex, Paycor, and ADP. ADP was more than we needed, and at a higher cost. The other 3 were comparable to one another - different "bells and whistles" - we chose Paycor and were very happy with it. We were able to implement additional modules when needed, not required to implement all at once.
