    Subject: sanitizing office after employees were exposed

    Hi There,

    We are [an] essential business and have had several employees out.  Here is what we have been doing:

    1. We assigned someone to each building or work area to clean 4 times a day using disinfectant/sanitizer that we mix with high grade product (used in hotels, school, rec centers, etc). Whoever is assigned to that location signs off after they have cleaned.
    2. We completed a Electrostatic disinfectant treatment to the entire facility (this last 7-14 days). We plan to do a second round 14 days from the first treatment.
    3. Our cleaning crew comes daily to clean the facility.
    4. If someone calls in sick, we send someone home sick, live in a household with someone who is sick, they are exposed to someone with COVID19 symptoms or they have come in contact with someone who has tested positive, we thoroughly clean their work area ASAP.

    Additionally, we sent out an email to everyone letting them know the steps we are taking as a company to keep the facility clean and safe. We also encourage all employees to sanitize their stations throughout the day and continuously wash their hands (posted signs in all bathrooms or anywhere there is a sink).
