Many HR professionals, employment attorneys and organizations are managing through the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) along with other recent Acts that have been passed to support employees, employers and households during these unprecedented times as a result of COVID-19.
Attached is a Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) Decision grid that I created to guide discussions around eligibility for the FFCRA Paid Sick Leave and Expanded FMLA. The FFCRA impacts employers with less than 500 employees. Please feel free to use as you see fit if applicable within your company or within your HR teams.
