Policy Examples Needed

    Good morning,

    Due to COVID-19 and our quick response to being able to transition to working from home and it going really well, I have been asked to put together a policy recommendation for a  formal work from home policy. We are also going to evaluate which jobs will have that ability since not all of them will be able to. 

    In addition to that, we are also wanting to adopt a more flexible work schedule by establishing core hours and allowing employees to work around those core hours (come in early or arrive later).

    Both of these options will allow more work/life balance, while giving employees more flexibility to meet the demands of home life and work life.

    Since we don't have either in place, we are interested in seeing what other companies may be doing, or if you have any policies you'd be willing to share.
