The program speaker is Judy Horton of Horton Consulting, LLC. Judy has over 20 years’ experience in multiple variations of team leadership. She’s led HR and IT teams for three global multi-billion dollar companies including two global manufacturing companies. She understands the value of learning and supporting ongoing business transformation. Her experience in Information Systems, Human Resources, Learning, and Diversity as well as Project Management give her a unique perspective on business, people evolution and superior business performance.

Judy possesses certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) and recently achieved the SHRM Veterans at Work Certificate to support her work with veterans. She is also a certified practitioner for the Center for Creative Leadership as well as Herrmann International’s HBDI assessment, which allow Judy to focus on critical productivity improvements and team building. Judy is the proud spouse of Darryl, who is a 26-year South Carolina Army National Guard veteran. She understands the challenges veterans may encounter as they transition into civilian careers and considers herself an advocate for veterans. She volunteers with The Honor Foundation and Upstate Warrior Solution and dedicates part of her business to coaching veterans.
