Craig Douglas Haydamack joined Milliken & Co. in July 2014 and is the Senior Vice President for HR and guides the global team of 140 HR professionals. Prior to joining Milliken, Craig spent 18 years with Intel Corporation as a Director in both the IT and HR functions managing a wide range of global functions. He was also an instructor for Intel’s Management & Leadership development program. Craig has a BA and MA in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of Oregon. He also holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Craig has been married (Johana) for 25 years and has four daughters between 12 and 21 years of age. He enjoys coaching his daughters’ softball teams, volunteers with his church’s recreational basketball program.
Julie Godshall Brown is the President and Owner of Godshall Professional Recruiting and Staffing, a locally owned recruiting and contract staffing firm established in 1968, that is also a certified Woman Owned Business through WBENC and SC. She has been with the second generation family business since 1995 and President and Owner since 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and a Master of Personnel and Employee Relations from the University of South Carolina. Julie has been married to Drew Brown for over 22 years, and they have two sons in college.
Demetrius Pyburn is an employment and aviation attorney at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. in Greenville, SC. He provides advice and counsel to employers on everyday compliance issues involving the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII, state law employment statutes and other employment-related regulations. He also has experience in litigating claims involving wage payment, discrimination and retaliation. Demetrius regularly blogs about workplace issues on www.scemployersblog.com. Prior to joining the firm, Demetrius served in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment in the U.S. Army. He continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Human Resources Specialist in the 812th Transportation Headquarters.
Poonam Kahlon, SHRM-SCP, is Director of Human Resources at CastleBranch in Wilmington, NC. Poonam has over 10 years’ experience working in various industries (Manufacturing, Education, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Services, and Technology). She holds two master degrees - Masters in Computer Applications from India and an MBA from Clemson University - along with multiple HR Certifications. A strategic, visionary leader with strong business acumen, Poonam utilizes a holistic business insight to position short and long-term organizational growth and success.
Andy Sexton is co-founder of ProActive Response Group. Prior to that, Andy spent 12 years with the Greenville County Sheriff’s office where he held the rank of Uniform Patrol Sergeant. During that time Andy gained vast experience in criminal investigation, including armed robbery and homicide. Andy was a member of the SWAT team for six years and served as an assistant SWAT team leader. Andy served on the training committee for Greenville County Sheriff’s Office and was chosen to assist in the creation and implementation of the Greenville County Sheriff’s active shooter response curriculum. In 2012, Andy was awarded the Medal of Valor. Andy is a 2006 Honor Graduate of the Citadel where he earned a BA in Criminal Justice, and a 2006 Honor Graduate of the SC Criminal Justice Academy.
