In-person or Virtual. This year's conference takes place in-person at the beautiful Greenville One Center in downtown Greenville. A virtual attendance option is also available.
Keynotes. Start off Day 1 with Charles Fields as he discusses Change and the Psychological Contract at Work. Day 2 kicks off with Joe Erwin, founder and former president of Erwin Penland, Erwin is now running Erwin Creates, which is the owner of co-working space Endeavor. Day 2 closes with a law-focused keynote featuring attorneys from prominent law firms. Keynotes will take place in the auditorium for all attendees and will be broadcast live for virtual attendees.
Specialty "Pod" Tracks. Each attendee will choose one of four specialty "pod" learning tracks when not attending keynote sessions. Choose your pod when registering. The pods tracks are:
All pods include aspects of leadership, HR law, and DEI. Students and emerging professionals may wish to participate in the "HR Department of 1" pod track due to its generalist nature.
Virtual attendees will attend the employee engagement pod, which will be streamed live.
Interactive App Platform. The highly interactive Whova app allows for one-on-one networking and group chats, learning centers, contests, raffles and more! All conference attendees will gain the most from the conference by using Whova to connect.
COVID Protocol: Practice social distancing where appropriate. The One Center conducts COVID pre-cleaning for all hard surfaces and restrooms prior to the event. Limited capacity in elevators. Masks are strongly encouraged.
HR Re-certification Credit. We offer 8 SHRM & HRCI credits, with 6 sessions approved for Business Credit. (Attendees can earn up to 4 Business Credits)

Aug 25 Half-day Agenda. We kick off Wednesday at 1 pm with a special keynote speaker followed by two pre-selected "pod" sessions. You'll bond with others in your pod, developing a valuable network among peers with common professional interests..
During breaks, grab a snack and meet sponsors at café tables in the main vestibule. Or, chat up our sponsors using the app!
At 5 pm, we'll all head to a fabulous social networking event at Ink & Ivy. Virtual attendees nearby are invited to join in-person for the social event!
Aug 26 Full Day Agenda. Thursday begins with breakfast and our first keynote speaker of the day. Next you'll head to your pre-selected pod for another impactful session, followed by an elegantly prepared boxed lunch. There will be time to visit sponsor café tables during lunch and breaks to catch up on the latest products and services supporting HR. Use the Whova App throughout the day to chat with sponsors and other attendees.
Two more pod sessions take place before the final keynote legal presentation takes place. We'll round out the day with closing announcements and prizes!
