Brief Bios
John Roney: John is a former helicopter instructor pilot and a West Point Graduate. Following uniformed service, John went on to a full career with Lockheed Martin, culminating as the Program Director for an international, multi-billion dollar aircraft order for modified C-130Js. After Lockheed, John worked as an executive coach and trainer in Southern California. John is now a FocalPoint Business Coach and Executive Coach.
Mike Ungar: Mike is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and obtained an MBA from Clemson. He served in the Army as an Infantry Officer for almost 5 years and worked for Michelin for 35 years in a variety of continuous improvement, operational, finance, and human resource roles. Mike is today a FocalPoint Business Coach, Executive Coach, and Trainer. He is also certified as a Navigational Conversations coach and an SCMEP 3rd party provider.
Jerry Pilewski: Jerry is a graduate of the Naval Academy and served over two decades as a Naval Officer leading teams that ranged from the equivalent of start-ups to blue chips. His experience and passion for developing strong organizations led to his coaching focus. Jerry is today a FocalPoint Business Coach and Executive Coach. Jerry is a Navigational Conversations certified coach and an SCRA partner.
