Offered Once Again to GSHRM Members!
As there was lots of interest but also lots of meeting time conflicts in June, we are offering this training again on August 11!
As we come through the pandemic, are you looking for ways to get your team together this summer/fall and go beyond traditional teambuilding? Are you wanting to do something fun and safe in-person while at the same time investing in an event proven to drive business outcomes? Did you know that within 30 minutes of downtown Greenville we have a corporate retreat center where horses help to teach teams about leadership development more effectively than traditional learning methods?
Join us virtually at lunchtime on Wednesday, August 11 for a sponsor-led discussion with Leadership Adventures and Happy Hooves to learn about local Equine-Assisted Leadership Development workshops for your teams. These are no ordinary workshops – these workshops, offered around the country and now near Greenville - use horses to help to your team become better leader. And we’re not talking about horseback riding here, rather, learning parallels between leading horses and leading people, which have been proven to increase retention of the new leadership skills by up to 90%!
So grab your lunch and join us virtually on August 11 for an overview of how these workshops can help your teams – from front-line to the C-suite – become better post-Covid leaders while at the same time supporting a local non-profit serving children and adults in the Greenville area. We look forward to seeing you via Zoom on August 11!
Are you ready to…
Leadership Adventures in association with the Happy Hooves is excited to offer one-day or multi-day Equine-Assisted Leadership Development workshops in Summer and Fall 2021 at the Center’s Marietta, SC campus.
In addition to developing your team’s leadership skills, proceeds from these workshops benefit the non-profit Center’s mission and enable them to serve special needs children and adults, as well as at-risk children and teens, by providing horse-centered programs.
