To ensure you get the most out of your experience, please complete your SDI 2.0 assessment (link found below) prior to the workshop. Once you have completed your SDI 2.0, be sure to login to the Platform and access your  personalized debrief videos.  

■ Login to the Core Strengths Platform using the email and password you created when taking your SDI 2.0 assessment: app.corestrengths.com/sdi/debrief/results 

■ Read through the 5 sections, watch your personal debrief videos, and mark the statements at the bottom of sections 2 and 3 that are true about you

■ By the end of your personal debrief you will better understand yourself and others and be ready for the workshop.

Speaker Bio:

Michael Brown has spent over 10 years consulting, training, and implementing  transformational leadership programs for senior-leaders at organizations such  as Procter & Gamble, Goodwill, and Hershey, to name a few. Michael is also an  author, executive coach, and keynote speaker, addressing audiences from
50 to  2000 leaders.  

To ensure he can meet the unique needs and business objectives of his clients,  Michael is certified in several industry-leading programs and assessments,  including the SDI 2.0 and Core Strengths. 

Michael holds a B.A. and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Lead ership from Seton Hall University. He is the author of Fellowship: Servant Leaders  Serving Leaders, which helps managers quickly strengthen relationships with their team members to serve their growth and development. He also served as  an Emotional Intelligence adjunct instructor at the University of Arkansas.  

Michael makes divots in fairways in his spare time, tries to fly fish and mountain  bikes – all while coaching his kids’ world championship soccer teams (okay, they  might not be world champions yet). 

HR Certification Credit: GSHRM is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. This program is pending for 1.0 hour of SHRM re-certification credit and 1.0 hour of HRCI General re-certification credit. Certificates will be emailed to those in attendance after the meeting along with a Feedback Survey.
