Building on what HR leaders already know, Inside the Vision and Dental Health Industries dives into how employee vision and dental health relate to the financial health of employer groups. We’ll explore the importance of preventative care and health concerns associated with vision and dental health. This session will provide insight to industry trends to help organizational leaders see the importance of enhancing their vision and dental benefits.

Speaker Bio: Chad Cygnarowicz
Chad joined VBA in November 2015 with 15 years of experience in the vision and healthcare industry. As Director of Business Development, Chad educates new and existing groups about how VBA can help with their employees' vision health and mentors Account Executives in new territories. Chad has a relentless work ethic, a willingness to learn and the aptitude to follow methodical processes and procedures; all of which help him excel at his position. Chad grew up in West Mifflin, PA and he currently lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with his wife and two daughters. Chad has been a member of the Professional Bowlers Association since 2013. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing and mountain bike riding.

This program is pending for 1 hour of SHRM re-certification credit and 1 hour of HRCI General re-certification credit. Poinsett Club Dress Code: Business casual. For gentlemen, a necktie is not required. Ladies shall dress appropriately. No jeans, shorts, or tennis shoes will be allowed. Cell phone use is not allowed in the Club.
