The GSMRM Affinity Group on Culture is excited to have Susan Carter, a Performance Specialist with Insperity based in Atlanta who designs Insperity’s learning solutions to help maximize employee performance and drive organizational results, lead an “in-person” discussion on managing multiple sets of culture within an organization.
In today’s environment where hybrid/remote teams are more common or organizations have to drive culture to field personnel that is consistent with home office messaging, Susan is going to share best practices across multiple industries on driving consistent engagement with your entire organization in order to keep culture strong.
