Speaker Bio:
Steve Nail Steve Nail, the Dean of Anderson University's College of Business, boasts a rich background in labor and employment law, initially starting with the National Labor Relations Board. His career trajectory led him to significant roles at Michelin and Hubbell, where he held positions such as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources, respectively. Recognized for his influence in the Upstate community, he has been appointed to key committees by Governors Haley and McMaster and received accolades like the 2012 SC HR Professional of the Year. An accomplished author and co-host of the Survive HR podcast, Nail is certified by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, holding SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
HR Certification Credit: GSHRM is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. This program is pending for 1 hour of SHRM re-certification credit and 1 hour of HRCI General re-certification credit.
