This presentation explores the importance of a people-centered business strategy, emphasizing that engaged employees drive superior performance. It covers defining a high-performance work culture, developing managers to support that vision, sustaining success, aligning people-related metrics with business goals, and measuring
progress effectively.

- Cultivating a culture & work experience that attracts great talent - ensuring that you can hire & retain the best people isn't about paying them the most money.

Speaker Bio:

Heath Dillard is the President & CEO for VisitGreenvilleSC, Greenville’s official Destination Marketing Organization and leader of Greenville’s $2.4B visitor economy. Over the past year, VisitGreenvilleSC has led the rebranding efforts for tourism marketing, helped lead the industry to another record performance, and secured the largest event to ever be held in Greenville, the 2028 U.S. Bowling Congress’ Open Championship. VisitGreenvilleSC, a 501c6 organization, contributes more than $1B annually to Greenville’s local economy, while also helping to improve the quality of life for its residents.
