CHICKEN CREPES
- Tender braised chicken and garden vegetables wrapped in a French crepe. Topped with a champagne cream sauce, and served with a side of grilled asparagus.

ALL-AMERICAN SALAD - Mixed greens, strawberries, Mandarin oranges, candied pecans, dried cranberries and Bleu cheese crumbles with a balsamic vinaigrette. The option to add chicken is available.

GARDEN VEGETABLE STIR FRY - Chef’s selection of local vegetables stir fried with cashews, served over a bed of rice.

Panelists:


Dr. J. Richard Ray is a management professor at Anderson University with 30 years of experience in leadership and workforce development. He has held executive roles in healthcare, worked with major organizations like NASA and Dell, and consulted internationally. A U.S. Army veteran, he holds degrees from Johns Hopkins, GWU, and Harvard Business School. He teaches MBA courses and serves on the board of advisors for Albany State University. Passionate about foster care and adoption, he enjoys time with his family and rescue dogs on Lake Keowee.


Rachael Reece is the founder of Ignite Engagement, specializing in talent optimization and culture building. With 20+ years in CHRO and operational roles, she has led major corporate transformations and advised executives on leadership and collaboration. A certified expert in The Predictive Index, coaching, and exit planning, she helps organizations build high-performing cultures. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, lake outings, and time
with friends.


Vicki Peek is the Executive Vice President of Find Great People, where her leadership has fueled the firm’s growth and award-winning culture. She leads the Consulting division, specializing in executive coaching, talent assessment, and organizational design, helping businesses attract, develop, and retain top talent. With a background in business education and HR, she previously taught at the college level and continues to mentor young professionals. Vicki holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and is actively involved in her community, serving on nonprofit boards and volunteering her time.

HR Certification Credits: Greenville SHRM is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. This program has been pre-approved for 1 hour of SHRM re-certification credit. This program has also been pre-approved for 1 hour of HRCI General re-certification credit toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®). Certificates will be emailed to those in attendance after the meeting along with a Feedback Survey.

Poinsett Club Dress Code: Business casual. For gentlemen, a necktie is not required. Ladies shall dress appropriately. No jeans, shorts, or tennis shoes will be allowed. Cell phone use is not allowed in the Club.
