Description:

Today’s HR teams are being asked to reach more employees, across more locations and languages, with fewer resources and tighter timelines. At the same time, many leaders are camera-shy, short on time, or not fluent in the languages their teams speak—creating unintended barriers to effective learning and communication.

This session explores how HR teams are using AI avatars to remove those barriers. Attendees will see how leaders can create realistic, professional avatars that look and sound like them, enabling consistent, on-demand training without the pressure of being on camera. We’ll also explore how avatars can deliver training in multiple languages, helping HR expand access, improve inclusion, and scale leadership presence—without sacrificing the human connection that matters most.

You’ll leave with practical examples, real use cases, and clear guidance on where AI avatars fit into an HR-led learning and development strategy.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify common barriers to effective training delivery (such as camera discomfort, language limitations, and limited leader availability) and explain how AI avatars can help HR reduce or eliminate those barriers.
  • Describe practical use cases for AI avatars in HR and L&D, including multilingual training, leader communications, and scalable on-demand content.
  • Recognize how AI avatars can help HR extend leadership presence and consistency across teams, locations, and schedules—without increasing leader workload.
