Program Topic: What Lies Ahead at Work? Roundtables Discussion for HR Professionals

The year 2020 presented many unique challenges for the workplace. Come network and discuss how to move forward with pandemic and non-pandemic HR issues while learning how other organizations are handling changes and challenges. Share yours!

Virtual breakout "roundtables" will create an interactive environment for participants to exchange current practices on specific topics and learn from each other. Come willing to share your insights in a peer-to-peer format, to discuss three broad categories of work. Each roundtable will be facilitated with kick-off questions for the group. Topics to be discussed include:

1. Effective communications: setting expectations and bolstering company morale
2. Remote work: applying telework and other remote work policies across the organization
3. Employee benefits: taking stock and reassessing benefits aligned with company and employee priorities

The event will be facilitated by Clarence Wong. Roundtable facilitators will be: Kelly Mendez-Scheib, Steve Nail, Kevin Taylor, Rebecca Turcotte Kish, and LaTomya Doctor (pictured left to right). Link to bios.

HR Certification Credit: This program is approved for 1 PDC for the SHRM-CP^SM or SHRM-SCP^SM. It is also approved for 1 hour of HRCI general re-certification credit. Certificates will be emailed to those in attendance after the meeting along with a Feedback Survey.
